Hi Patsy,Actually a family named Walker had many cabins in this area during the 1890's, early 1900's. This was near one of their old cabins (the foundation can still be seen there). I'm thinking these may have been for their livestock.Kay
I agree that these are old livestock water troughs. I also believe that this is very beautiful country.
