Wow, what a pretty area. I was in Washington D.C. once and it was cold. I had on a coat. When a guard at one of the buildings saw I was from Southern California, he asked me if I had to rent my coat. I laughed!!! I told him no, that it actually gets cold there! I've even seen it snow quite a bit. Funny what people think!
