Cute! Our neighborhood has so many of these blow-up decorations and every morning they have wilted to the ground. I have wondered if they are sold with an air pump.
The come with a "blower" which runs continuously when it is plugged in and the air blows into the figure to hold it up. When you unplug it, the figure "wilts" as you say.
Wow! That is a big Santa hope it doesn't get really windy!
