The Park Near My Home

When I first moved to Santa Clarita, this area was nothing but dirt. The city build what they call a "natural park". It has no grass, but it has a lot of trees now and a lot of indigenous plants. They also put a nice walking/bike trail through the park.

Memories Of My HIking Days

I loved hiking around the valley where I live in southern California, but in 2016 I found out I had A-Fib and had to stop for a while. I am doing much better now and hoping that eventually I will be able to get back to the trails.

Wind Wolves Preserve Near Bakersfield, CA


This is a fun place to visit. In 2018, there were not wildflowers, but I heard that there was a super bloom there.
